At Kennedy Blue, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy on all eligible bridesmaid dresses and accessories. Please note that final sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal within 14 days of delivery and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return, download your prepaid shipping label, and securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
